Designed a simple and clear UI, we will get the player to access the information even if it is the first time he plays. The UI will always depend on the game we have designed and the audience it is aimed at.
My idea for menu options has been an alambic used to distil into whisky. 
Each part of the alembic and barrels describe resume, an about button, options, settings, upgrades and sounds game buttons and a control button.
I have prioritized simplicity with an elements list with buttons.
The same Celtic font for all of them and two sizes, one for barrels 37pt and another one for the coop 47 pt. 
Each word has a coloured background box that will light up when the player clicks on it and generate a menu dialogue with other options that can be seen in the graph that I have made below.
